We received a no pressure, in-home quote within a day and and once we picked them, we had the Stairlift installed in less than 24 hours. The installation went smoothly with no issues. Doug was very professional, friendly, and patient teaching our elderly user how to operate the chair. The Bruno Elan model we picked was simple, well made, requires very little maintenance, and with the verticaly oriented track took up very little room on the staircase. Their quote was the lowest among those we received, but reflected the highest value for the price, and also the best warranty. Doug was professional and fast! He really came through for my family. Both my parents needed immediate assistance with the stairs.
